PEPPI
Promoting women’s holistic development for the good of the family and society
PEPPI (People Engaged in People Projects Foundation Inc.) was born with the purpose of forming and preparing women front-liners who will help in the holistic development of women. For several decades now, they have continuously offered programs to meet this goal. Through the many centers located in places such as Las Piñas, Alabang, Makati, Pasig, Bacolod, and Quezon City, leadership training and personal formation are given to girls, students, young professionals, and mothers.
PEPPI believes women can give their best at home and in the workplace. The programs help them discover their unique potential for the family and society.
Leadership programs for women are educational programs designed to provide women with the needed skills and knowledge to advance in their careers and succeed as leaders in their own fields. These programs provide support, education, and networking opportunities to help women build their confidence, expand their skillset, and achieve their leadership goals. In addition, the leadership programs foster the value of personal social responsibility in the participants. The said programs are commonly led by professionals with expertise in the field and may be structured as workshops, seminars, or longer-term courses. They are designed for women at various stages of their careers, from early career professionals to senior executives.
Home management seminars are programs that provide practical knowledge and skills for efficiently and effectively managing a household and help enrich family life. The goal of these seminars is to help the participants improve their abilities in areas such as time management, organization, meal planning, home cleaning, and budgeting. These skills can help them balance their responsibilities, reduce stress, increase productivity, and maintain a positive home environment. The seminars can be structured as short-term workshops or longer-term courses, depending on the curriculum’s scope and depth. The courses could be tailor-fitted considering the circumstances of the participants, e.g., teenagers, single professionals, housewives, and household helpers.
Youth leadership programs offer high school students the opportunities to develop leadership skills through workshops, seminars, and team-building activities. They provide the benefits of personal growth, skill development, and networking. These programs will help build the students’ character, resilience, and concern for others. They can be instrumental in helping students develop the confidence and skills they need to succeed in college and beyond.
Projects for underprivileged communities are initiatives designed to address the needs and challenges of marginalized groups, such as low-income families, homeless populations, or individuals without access to basic resources like education, healthcare, and food. These projects empower and uplift disadvantaged people by providing resources and support to help them improve their quality of life, achieve self-sufficiency, and build stronger communities.
